This is a 3-session package that covers the following topics:
- Creating a re-entry plan
- Setting boundaries for your first semester back
- Maintaining boundaries and staying true to your re-entry plan
Prior to each coaching session you'll a worksheet to complete in preparation for our session. During each 50-minute session we'll review the prep work you completed and address any challenges you're facing. You'll receive a follow-up email after each session summarizing the conversation and your next steps.
All three sessions must be used in your first semester post-sabbatical.
